What is included

Choose the scope of your participation.

Students

Access to all sessions, conferences, round tables, workshops and digital materials, plus an attendance certificate.

Proof of current Bachelor’s, Master’s or doctoral student status is required.

Participants

Full Congress access, conferences, scientific sessions, workshops, materials and an attendance certificate.

Participants with a paper

All of the above, plus one oral paper or poster, abstract review by the Scientific Committee, a presentation certificate and publication of the abstract in the Book of Abstracts.

Communication + Book Chapter

All of the above, plus the option to submit a full chapter based on the contribution for review and possible publication in the REEE 2027 Book of Chapters with ISBN.

Acceptance of the contribution does not automatically mean acceptance of the chapter. The fee applies per work, not per co-author.

JCR Publication Track

Full registration, contribution, scientific review, presentation certificate and participation in a selection pathway for work with potential for submission to Discover Psychology.

Includes guidance on manuscript preparation and an initial assessment of editorial potential.

03 · Authorship

Authorship conditions.

Communication and publication fees are linked to the work submitted. Attendance and individual certification are handled separately.

  • One registration with a contribution includes one work.
  • A work may have several co-authors.
  • Not every co-author needs to pay the publication option.
  • Each co-author wishing to attend in person must complete their own registration.
  • The authorship certificate lists all authors; the presentation certificate is issued to the person who actually presents the work.

Book Chapter · JCR

Registration, authorship and presentation

  • Up to 6 authors per paper. Justified exceptions for multicentre, international or consortium studies require Scientific Committee approval.
  • At least one registered author must cover each paper. The presenter must be registered; only actual presenters receive a presentation certificate.
  • Book Chapter and JCR Publication Track each apply to one paper. Every communication, chapter and manuscript is assessed independently.
